REMINDER MESSAGES
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation of the date, time and location of your booking.

You will also be sent a 48 - hour reminder message prior to your booking taking place with the option to reschedule at no additional charge, up to 24 hours prior to the arranged booking.

A BESPOKE BAG OF SUPPLIES
We pride ourselves on understanding that there is no 'one size fits all' approach to children.
At the time of booking, we will ask about your child's interests, likes and dislikes to enable us to create a bag of supplies to arrive with, tailored to all the things they love, whether that be snacks, toys or crafts!

We believe it's the little things that leave the lasting impressions.
BRANDED UNIFORM
Your Nanny will arrive in a professional, fully branded uniform, designed to suit the activities they have planned to do with your child(ren).

We come prepared for all eventualities!

LIMITED SCREEN TIME
We believe that stimulating children's minds through play is of utmost importance and therefore opt to limit screen time as standard. However, should you wish us to provide our Nannied iPad filled to the brim with age appropriate educational games, simply request this at the time of booking.
THE UPDATE SERVICE
Should you opt-in for our 'Update Service', you will receive regular updates from your Nanny while you are away from your child(ren) through the 'Famly' app.
This way, we keep you in the loop with how your child(ren) are and what they're up to!
You are also able to contact your Nanny directly at any time, should you need to.

A FULLY PLANNED ITINERARY
Once we have discussed your child(ren)'s general routine for the time of day we will be caring for them, we will then create a bespoke itinerary.
Their pre-planned itinerary will include timings based upon existing routines they may have. You are of course welcome to alter the itinerary in any way you see fit.

This ensures your child is given the highest level of care based on their personality, interests and routine, whilst away from home.
