On accepting your NANNIED booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. I confirm that I have fully briefed NANNIED with the routine of my child(ren), individual preferences of my child(ren) and anything additional information I consider to be relevant for the Nanny to provide bespoke childcare. 

2. I acknowledge that the physical condition of my child is accurate according to what I have stated within the booking form and do not know of any reason why my child(ren) should not partake in physical activity. 

3. I have made my Nanny aware of any medical problems, allergies of all kinds medications or poor health of my child/children prior to the booking. I understand that should this information not be given, the Nanny is within their rights to cancel the booking on arrival, should she feel underprepared to care for the child's physical condition.

4. I understand that a safe and nurturing environment will always be given for my child/children and activities will be offered with optimum safety in mind. Therefore, NANNIED is not liable for any injury, sickness or death to my child, which may result from  the service of NANNIED.

5. If I require my child/children to be taken ‘off site’ from the accommodation, I release my Nanny of any liability or injury that may occur to my child while away from the accommodation.

6. I understand that I will be given a 15 minute buffer to return to relieve my Nanny of the agreed hours of childcare services. After this buffer, an additional hour charge will incur without exception.

7. If, for any reason, I am not happy with my Nanny, I must inform the office immediately of the problem and terminate the Nanny care.

8. I accept that the tailor made bag of supplies will be safe and appropriate for my child.

9. I understand I must clearly inform the Nanny if care is required after midnight. For bookings ending after midnight, travel expenses must be fully covered for the safe return of the Nanny should public transport not be available. 

10. Should plans change, I understand I must give the Nanny prior warning and agree that the Nanny is not obliged to agree to said plans if there is not sufficient notice. All nanny time organised and booked will still need to be paid in full.

11. All outings and plans for longer durations of Nanny care must be discussed with NANNIED in writing, prior to the booking commencing in order to comply with personal Nanny insurances.

12. All and any ‘out of pocket’ expenses will be claimed, such as additional insurance needed to cover certain specialised trips or outings. Taxi fare to safely return home after midnight in London ONLY due to reliance on tube travel. Elsewhere car use is the mode of travel.

13. I agree to pay a 10% reservation fee for the booking dates I require. I will then pay the remaining balance up to 24 hours prior to the booking commencing. Any additional unexpected charges incurred will need to be paid directly to the Nanny at the end of the booking. 

14. I agree that there is an optional service charge 

15. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations of descriptions of services available from NANNIED corresponds to the actual services, NANNIED is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions.

16. All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. NANNIED reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

17. I accept there will be a premium booking rate for bookings taking place on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day and all UK Bank Holidays.​

18.  I understand that bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking begins are not refundable or if payment has yet to be made, the full booking amount will be charged. 

19. A full refund will be issued on any bookings cancelled where atleast a week's notice has been given.

20. I understand that there will be travel charges applied to bookings, however these will be discussed and made very clear prior to the charge being made.

21. I understand I am required to make full payment for the Nanny booking uo to 24 hours prior to the booking commencing. Any additional charges over the pre-paid amount will then be added at the end of your session with you present.

22. I understand there is an optional service charge of 10% added to each booking which I am able to refuse should I not wish to pay it.
