Should your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, we are happy to provide a full refund providing you give at least seven days' notice. Should you wish to simply alter the timings of your booking, you are able to do this up to 24 hours before without any additional charge.

Yes. Our Nannies have abundant experience with children with Special Educational Needs. Details of your child/ children's needs should be specified at the time of booking and should you opt-in for the courtesy phone call, you will be able to discuss any requirements in detail over the phone.

Do we have to provide accommodation for the nanny while they are working for us? It is not a requirement to provide accommodation for the nanny while they are working for you. However, some families may choose to provide a separate room for the nanny to stay in, especially if they require overnight care or have an irregular schedule. This can be discussed and negotiated with the nanny during the hiring process. It is important to ensure that any accommodations provided are safe, clean, and comfortable for the nanny.

The cost of the travel to and from your booking will be included within your final booking fee so there will be no hidden costs. For bookings outside of Kent, travel will be charged at an hourly rate in addition to the cost of the transportation (cost of fuel for a car or cost of train/boat/plane ticket.)

Of course! We understand how important it is for you to feel completely comfortable with the person looking after your child(ren). Upon booking, you have the option to opt-in to have a courtesy phone call with your Nanny at a time that is convenient to you. This allows you to get to know your Nanny that bit better and ask any questions you may have.

Once your booking request is approved, you are able to complete your booking by clicking on the link emailed to you. Payment can be made via PayPal, Apple Pay or by entering your card details in the relevant form.

For bookings outside of Kent and within the UK, there is a minimum booking time of four hours. This is due to the travel involved for the booking outside of this radius.

Once we receive your application, we will match you with a qualified nanny based on your preferences and requirements. We will then arrange a phone call between you and the nanny, allowing you to get to know each other and discuss your expectations. If you decide to proceed with the nanny, we will provide you with a contract outlining the terms of your agreement for the period you are planning to hire your nanny. Once you have signed this contract, we will send across the payment link for you to finalise your booking. You can expect ongoing support and communication from Nannied to ensure a successful placement.

Yes. Your Nanny will have a minimum of five years' childcare experience, a degree in a relevant Childcare qualification, an up to date Paediatric First Aid Certification, full insurance, extensive references and will be fully cleared by the UK Government’s Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Yes. Our Nannies will happily care for up to two children at one time. ​ There will be a 50% additional charge of the hourly charge per additional child.

This is down to your Nanny's discretion on the day and whether there is availability. There will be an additional charge for the extra hours which will be payable on the day. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
